No great meal is without something to wash it all down with.

From something strong to smooth out a rough day, to something to soothe the little ones before a sound night sleep.

Aged in cold dark cellars or brewed hot and served cold. Have a seat and let us pour you something nice.

Honey Apple Wine

apples

raw honey

filtered water

lemon juice (acidity)

black tea (tannin)

wine yeast

cinnamon (adds warmth)

cloves (for spice)

vanilla bean extract (for smoothness)

A "Holiday" version of this wine is served hot or served alongside its sister which is Honey Apple wine with cranberry

Hot Honey Milk

While not exclusive to Oleryben. Honey milk is enjoyed the globe over. Usually a warm treat to soothe children on stormy nights, cold winters or just as a simple treat. This simple concoction will surely remind you of home, being tucked into bed by Mama and a warm cup pressed into your hands as the thunder rumbles outside your window.

half a mug of hot water

2 tsp of honey

1 tsp of cinnamon

fill the rest of the mug with warm milk

**Add a splash of whiskey or rum for the Adults
