Elder's Day (similar to mother's and father's day)

On Elder's Day. Temples are filled with villagers in quiet reverence to the Great Elders that came thousands of years ago and not only founded Oleryben, but laid down the very bricks of the Red Queen.

To another extent the tradition over time trickled down to people remembering the elders of their own family and would either go to Temple or visit a personal family altar and spend the day in quiet contemplating.flower

Also gifts of one or more of the following is usually lad on the family altar. Flowers (usually any type of white flowers), or a small flower wreath, a bundle of garden herbs and/or and something sweet is usually laid on the family altar. A piece of sweet bread or a chunk of honeycomb.

For the Elders that have not passed on, Family dinners in honor of said Elder would be served of their most favorite foods. Afterwards storytelling, and sometimes the passing down of an important heirloom to the next generation.
